Winter Break Cooking Class: Ramen and Dumplings
For college kids, who need to get out of the house!
Learn how to make authentic miso ramen and steamed dumplings. Then hang out to eat!
The class includes demonstrations and tastings of:
mushroom miso ramen (veg)
soy-glazed pork shoulder miso ramen
steamed cabbage-mushroom dumplings (veg)
shrimp-chive dumplings
Participants will garnish their own ramen bowls and fold their own dumplings to steam. Also, each participant will leave with a container of spicy miso paste for jump-starting delicious and quick, from-scratch ramen on their own, with little more than a dorm room hotpot.
