A Week’s Mise en Place

A Week’s Mise en Place is designed to stock a home pantry with up to 20 different wholesome, seasonal, thoughtfully procured, versatile, and delicious prepared ingredients for eating alone or to quickly put together to make a multitude of dishes. Unlike typical prepared food services, a week’s “mise” sets clients up for easy improvisation in the kitchen, with someone else doing all the front work.

A Week’s Mise en Place is Purple Kale Kitchenworks’ alternative to a personal chef.
It is not your reheat and serve casserole plan.

The Week’s Mise en Place is a nice gift for a new household, new or busy parents, travelers returning from vacation, or enthusiastic cooks.

$350* (about $150 for ingredients alone), enough to feed a family of four, one to two meals per day, for a week
